Most of us get sober in hopes of a better life. Learning to "live life on life's terms" means it won't always be easy, but it will get better. . Some of us lose our job, go through a break up, or even lose someone close to us in sobriety. In working a program of recovery we begin to put the tools we've learned to use in our daily life. . We don't have to use over our life situation. We just need to remember that the seasons of life will change and feelings are fluid. We reach out to others in the fellowship and we start to let go and trust the process. . No matter what we're going through, we will come out of it a stronger person. Every time we go through a difficult situation we will get to use our experience to walk another alcoholic or addict through that situation in the future. . In the end it's going to be ok…and if it's not, it's not the end.
